Consistent Inconsiderate Services of United Airlines and major scandals

Hello! Everyone, this is my third blog. I hope you like it and feel free to share your views in the comments.

The air economy and its value has risen over the past decade. And so have their standard for globalization. Air travels, export delivery, cargo management and the recent milestone, thanks to Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX. But not all companies understood the need to adapt to a changing environment. One such example, we will observe in this post, are the United Airlines.

United Airlines have breached numerous rules both written and unwritten. Their most major scandal took place in 2017 when an Asian passenger was told to offer his seat for a waiting passenger outside due to overbooking of the plane. Upon declining, he was forcefully removed and dragged out of the plane.  That is not to say that 2019 was any better, Claims of damaged luggage and overbooking of flights has been a tremendous up-rise as videos of United Airlines workers and care handlers carelessly performing their jobs surfaced on the internet.

The unethical aspect of this case is the lack of management and overview of the working personnel. The ever increase in problems faced by their passengers has resulted in them losing profit. Despite which, they fail to remain transparent and honest with their customers. The late flights often took upto 23 hours and the waiting customers were lied to and told to wait a few hours instead. Most employees refuse to comply with any requests, refunds and deny their stated statements.

  5. It's really unethical of the airlines to do so, they must be honest in their business, they not only broke the trust of the customer but also they also manipulated them into false statements. Actions must be taken so that they don't follow any unethical practices in the future

That poor guy though, who was dragged out of the plane just because he didn't want to give up his OWN seat. Seriously!! That's soo rude and cruel thing to do to a customer.
